As a young man, I was no stranger to working hard! At the age of 13, I was working on a local farm picking rocks out of corn fields! At 17, I started working for a well-known national floor cleaning company. As I worked there all the way through high school and into college, I fell in love with the feeling of knowing that I was delivering an excellent product and service to each and every customer I served. Nothing made me happier than leaving a job with customers smiling and feeling that sense of pride for what I had just completed. After college, I worked in full-time ministry for 5 years and continue to serve in various local volunteer capacities. Our mission has come out of my love for what I do, the people I do it with and those we serve. Our mission is simple: “Creating the most satisfying and relaxing customer experiences while cultivating cleaner and healthier homes and businesses.” From my family to yours it is my pleasure to work hard serving your cleaning needs!

Our company was founded in 2007 when a local franchise was selling for health reasons. Our business started with just me (Aaron) doing most of the work, but quickly grew with hard work and living out our mission (see below). Soon we had requests to travel greater and greater distances to deliver our quality service as word spread of our innovative methods and the amazing results of cleaning floors with our unique structured water system over the existing steam and shampoo methods. In just to first couple years we added cleaning services for tile and grout, hardwood, laminate, LVT and VCT flooring.

Our clients were so satisfied and pleased with the results that we delivered, that they began to request additional services and in 2013 we added one of the areas only area rugs cleaning facilities as well as air duct and dryer vent cleaning.

As we formed relationships with numerous business owners and clients, they shared their frustration and dissatisfaction with the majority of commercial janitorial companies that they had hired for janitorial services. Across the board, we heard the same struggles from countless owners and managers. It seemed that no matter which company was hired, the same three problems continued to arise:

  1. The quality of the work delivered was poor, leaving many details completely overlooked.
  2. They found that with most janitorial companies, cleaning issues would only be resolved for a week at most and then return to sub-par performance and standards.
  3. The lack of follow-through was shocking.

Surprisingly. most companies did nothing to meet and address specific concerns or issues that would pop up. Having served residential and commercial clients in the service industry for years, I found that surprising and disturbing.

After hearing these complaints and concerns time and again, we knew we had to do something about it. That’s when we began to take our experience and quality of service and expand our scope and vision beyond floors, into all aspects of commercial cleaning. We added a commercial janitorial cleaning division with our East Texas clients’ needs at the forefront of our mind!

In it all, we have never lost focus on the importance of client relationships and communication. We constantly push ourselves by asking how we can do it better, stay abreast of the latest industry trends, utilize new products and equipment, and never settle on “good enough”.

Each and every day I aspire to honor the vow I made to myself as a young man: To dedicate myself to working hard providing quality products and services to each and every one of my customers. Our mission is simple:
